Film quality, belonging to the heritage of the cinema according to me. A view at every age of life to understand in a new way each time. Fast shipping and protected. the film is really beautiful but the edition "prestige" really does not deserve its name. There is a chemistry huge between the two main characters, she was born quickly and will turn into a love so powerful and true that it will last all their lives with the same intensity and it is this that is beautiful!! I also like this contrast between the immense love they have for one another, and arguments (equally huge) that arise between them. This is a very nice movie for all those who love sincerity and authenticity.. It is part of my films "blow of heart". I watch it often but I never get bored. The story is exciting and moving. The actors are talented. In spite of the fabulous ways implemented for the success of this film, which I personally find rather disappointing. There is no fault with the sets are rich, the costumes are also sumptuous, the music that creates moods appropriate. It may be on the side of the special effects a bit too intrusive, that the rub. Some sequences are not of the best effect : the golden hind, which was added to the story, the giants, not very convincing... small animals, funny dogs, come here like hair on the soup, they are not soulful. The actors, although very attractive, usually, do not bring us here the emotions expected, it does not adhere really to the drama. For his first mestizo movie, Sofia Copolla is successful a master stroke. This film is now a classic.. Jumanji is a film that you can revisit, in spite of the images of syntheses visible during all the movie : The lion is a grossepeluche with a problem has the eye, the pelican also has something artificial etc :-) ) None the less it is a very good movie, entertaining, with a pretty good soundtrack in Dolby Digital 5. 1. A must see! I offered this gift to my daughter who liked it very much! Beautiful films and good author. I know of 2 titles that are on the telly. A recommend for those who love beautiful stories. Correct packaging, quick shipment, product compliance, except... the DVD "Northanger Abbey" is definitely unreadable. I contacted Amazon who can't do anything. More bonuses very interressants complement this DVD.. a film touching which was seized by his side, fascinating and surnaturel... de beautiful actors who play a romantic comedy and dramatic at the same time. seeI took the risk to pre-order the DVD, having not had the opportunity to see at the cinema. Given the fact that I read the trilogy, I was afraid of being disappointed of the differences in the novel-film, which is the case in general (Hunger Games, Cloud Atlas, etc) well, I had a very good surprise because it was a good novel-to-film. Tris is exactly like what I was expecting and Four... What to say, except that it is a good choice of actor? Not to mention Eric, which perfectly embodies the idea that I had of him. Even my boyfriend (who hates this kind of movies) really liked it, but I would rather recommend to fans of dystopias, not to those who like action (there is a little but well...). And most importantly, I recommend everyone to read the trilogy!!! Although not new, this film still remains enjoyable to watch, as full of laughter, exchange of the atmosphere present in France. I particularly liked this film, the beautiful colors and the narration excellent. On the other hand, I read the book after, and this is not a perfect adaptation, this does nothing to neither the film nor the book.. Genet is well known to perform and it shows, it has a style to him, and even tend to add two tonnes, but this is not a problem... I just loved that her story less long, even if it is meant to be given the title of the film, I think it would have won be 20 minutes of less, and a story more airy... The actors are all very good, you have the chance to see Cotillard still beautiful, and the aspect reconstruction of the era of the film is very successful. The Blu-ray is of very good quality, even if one sometimes has the impression that the director really had a heavy hand at the level of the saturation of the colors, I know it is to make a period film, but then, by the time, too much is too much... A book for the lover of historical fresco in a tone half-comedy half-drama, that makes all the force of Genet even if this film comes far behind Amélie Poulain and his other films (but it is much better than the Mic-Mac...) /The first half of the film, I am very pleased with it : I find the atmosphere of the book (with a few variations, but nothing shocking), even if Mrs. of Tourvelle typed asian surprise me a bit...
